Overview
Many smaller roll formed sections in a vehicle hold another part in place or finish a visible edge. Windshield and body-side retainers grip glass and seals. Beadings and channel door seals carry rubber or trim. Sliding channels guide sliding doors, and grille bars and decorative beadings add a finished appearance.

How it is made
These profiles are cold roll formed. A metal strip passes through a series of roll stations, and each station bends it progressively until the strip reaches the required cross-section at room temperature. Learn about our manufacturing capabilities.

Which materials can you roll form?
We roll form CR and HR steels in grades D, DD, EDD, HSLA, GA, and austenitic stainless steel (301–304), from 0.5 – 8.0 mm thick and 10 – 1,800 mm wide.
