Overview
Modular electrical and electronic cabinets are built around a frame of vertical and horizontal structural members. The members are often perforated so that mounting rails and equipment can be fixed at any height. Star Auto Industries roll forms these reinforcement profiles for electronic modular cabinets.
The range includes square tube single-flange sections and structural sections, shown in the profile drawings below.

How it is made
These profiles are cold roll formed. A metal strip passes through a series of roll stations, and each station bends it progressively until the strip reaches the required cross-section at room temperature. Learn about our manufacturing capabilities.

Which materials can you roll form?
We roll form CR and HR steels in grades D, DD, EDD, HSLA, GA, and austenitic stainless steel (301–304), from 0.5 – 8.0 mm thick and 10 – 1,800 mm wide.
