Door Sashes
Roll formed door sash profiles and sash assemblies that frame a vehicle's door glass.

Automotive Components
Channels that guide, lift and seal vehicle door glass: glass guide, glass run, glass lifting, division and quarter glass sections.
Glass guide and glass run channels keep a vehicle's window glass aligned as it moves up and down. They also carry the rubber run seal. Division glass guide channels and division bars separate the main door glass from a fixed quarter glass. Glass lifting channels connect the glass to the window regulator.
Our range of glass channel profiles includes front and rear glass guide channels, glass run channels, glass lifting channels, division bars, and quarter glass inner, outer and vertical sections.
These profiles are cold roll formed. A metal strip passes through a series of roll stations, and each station bends it progressively until the strip reaches the required cross-section at room temperature. Learn about our manufacturing capabilities.
Profile dimensions, material and thickness are set by each customer's drawing. Send your drawing with your enquiry and we will review it.
